Module 2 - ICP and Messaging: You will define a precise Ideal Customer Profile - not a vague persona, but a specific role at a specific type of company in a specific situation with a specific trigger event. You will build your Problem Statement and One-Sentence Pitch that passes the Uncle Test: anyone can understand it, and your buyer leans forward when they hear it.
Module 3 - Validation and Offer: You will score your idea against the Idea Validation Scorecard (a 120-point framework covering Pain, Access, and Willingness to Pay) to determine whether your idea deserves your next 6 months. You will build your One-Pager Offer Narrative, your Concierge MVP Plan, and your Letter of Intent template - the three tools that let you close a pilot customer before writing a single line of code.
Module 4 - Outbound Preparation: You will build your Golden 100 - a precision-targeted list of the 100 highest-probability buyers in your market. You will write your outreach scripts for WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email - messages built to earn a reply, not to impress. You will design your BANT+ qualification framework so every discovery call either produces a pilot customer or teaches you something accurate.
Module 5 - Execution and Logging: You will launch your outbound engine, run your weekly outreach loop, and systematically log every conversation. The Voice of Customer log you build here becomes the product intelligence that shapes everything downstream.
Module 6 - ICP Tightening and Learning: You will run the weekly Scoreboard Meeting, analyze what the market is actually telling you, and make data-driven decisions about which ICP hypothesis to double down on and which to kill.
Module 7 - Deep Customer Discovery: You will run structured discovery sessions with real prospects, extract genuine pain from polite conversation, and convert the best conversations into signed pilots.
Module 8 - Economics and Pricing: You will build your pricing assumptions based on actual buyer data - not what you think sounds right, but what the market has already told you it will pay.
The Exit Criterion
This program has one non-negotiable exit criterion: at least one real, unaffiliated person - someone who is not your friend, not your family, not a favor - who agreed to pay you, received your solution, and is actively using it.
Not a warm lead. Not a signed LOI. A paying customer. That is the only proof that Stage 0 is complete and you are ready to build.
